login box does not recenter on browser window resize

Description

  1. as a non-logged-in user, open stage.yourstreets.org/maps
  2. click the login button, but don't log in (leave the login dialog open on the screen)
  3. resize your browser window
  4. notice that the login box does not recenter

Tested in IE7 and Firefox, occurs in both.
