integrate demo.opengeo.org with main web site

Description

The header graphics for the demo site are currently blank. we've added a 'demos' tab to the main web site, and now the demo site now needs to reciprocate by adding the main site tabs, so that users can navigate back.

Whoops. Not done yet.

Demo link URLs should be absolute so they can hit demo.opengeo.org properly.

Need to figure out how to deal with demo.opengeo.org index vs. opengeo.org/demos see #161
