hide url field for external graphics when value is given

Description

If the pointGraphics config contains an item with no value, the user is presented an input for entering the url to an external graphic. If the value is given and mark is false, the url field should be hidden.

So, r1071 hides the text field. The label remains. I'm resisting wrapping the thing in yet another panel. The  forums don't show much promise for a hack-free solution though.

To hide the label as well as the text field, we hide the entire container by traversing up from the field (r1072). Example use of custom and pre-configured external graphics in r1073.
