Description

As discussed on the dev mailing list, and sketched on  http://projects.opengeo.org/geoext/wiki/FilterBuilder, the following patch adds the ability to build spatial queries.

With this patch, the GUI is not the same as described in rpenate's sketch because we had already implemented it as such, and we've run out of time to polish the user interface.

BTW, I forgot to mention that this patch relies on those attached to tickets 68 and 70
