modify RulePanel so we can have multiple symbolizers per rule

Description

Currently, the RulePanel can just have one symbolizer (plus one optional TextSymbolizer). We will want to have a dialog that can manage multiple arbitrary symbolizers for one rule (i.e. we can also style a polygon with a PointSymbolizer, at least in SLD).

For the new RulePanel, we will only have 2 kinds of tabs: a "General" tab with filter and scale restrictions (like the current "Advanced" tab), and one tab for each GeometryType of the FeatureType. We get this information from a DescribeFeatureType response. The existing "Labels" tab will go away, its content will be a sub-panel of the GeometryType panels, controlled by the new SybolizersPanel. Like the existing PointSymbolizer, LineSymbolizer and PolygonSymbolizer, this should be called TextSymbolizer.
