It looks like we don't assume the same point radius when one is not provided.

w/ r1152. It works now, but the whole default symbolizer solution is a bit quirky and should be revisited. This should probably be done just in one place, which would ideally be OpenLayers.Format.SLD.*. The ticket for that is OpenLayers #1876.

There are still issues. Styles that come from SLD without a stroke will get a stroke as soon as something is modified (e.g. reordering rules)
