Upgrading server

1. Check out build trunk to a2

2. copy over nginx.production.cfg to nginx.cfg

3. build

4. copy over Data.fs from a1/var

5. restart

The spatialindexing still seems to be working, though no new index has appeared in a2/var. This is a bit spooky.
