Add network + video drivers

Description

We should add as many drivers for network / video as we possibly can, for Google Earth if for no other reason. (No video drivers leads to a resolution of 800x600 which makes GE unhappy, and no internet causes GE to be even unhappier.) Our live demo will be much improved if people can access the Internet with it.

Mike reports that the network card on his laptop doesn't work. It's an Intel 82567LM.
